The Story So Far

The Conningbrook Hotel has a story rooted in Ashford’s local heritage. Originally opened in the mid-20th century as the Pilgrim’s Rest, later known as The Spearpoint, it became part of the Shepherd Neame collection before evolving into the much-loved pub hotel it is today, with 29 comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere.

In 2021, The Conningbrook began a new chapter under RedCat Pub Company, continuing its legacy as a vibrant community hub. With generous grounds and a prime location near Ashford Eurostar International, it’s a place where tradition meets modern hospitality, and where every guest feels right at home.
